Water Treatment
Run a municipal water treatment plant with duty and standby pumps, tank levels, wear and faults, served over MQTT, OPC UA and Modbus TCP.

A small municipal water treatment plant with intake, treatment, clarification and clean-water distribution.
Asset ages are mixed: the duty raw-water pump at 6,000 hours, the standby intake pump at 2,000, the aeration blower at 4,500 and the mixer motor at 5,000. The template runs at 30x speed, so wear and level changes show up sooner.
Protocol scopes are set per area, line and asset. Intake, aeration and mixing are served over OPC UA, the clarifier and distribution pumps over Modbus TCP, and the dosing pump and clear well over MQTT.
What's running
